Hi everyone! I’m Bianca—owner of West View Salon & Spa. What started as a dream behind the chair has grown into a space designed with intention, passion, and a genuine love for helping people feel confident, cared for, and like the best version of themselves. After years of perfecting my craft, I’ve built my career around dimensional blonding, lived-in color, healthy hair, and transformative services. But my vision for West View has always been about more than just beautiful hair—I wanted to create an entire experience. A space that feels calm, private, welcoming, and elevated, where you can slow down, feel heard, and take a little time for yourself. And now, I’m so excited that West View is growing. 🤍 Meet Stefan Sandu, our massage therapist with 6 years of experience, bringing another level of relaxation and self-care to the salon. Whether you’re coming in to transform your hair or unwind with a massage, our goal is the same: for you to walk out feeling better than when you walked in. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Salon Policies At West View Salon & Spa, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to give you the time, care, and attention you deserve. To keep things running smoothly for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. ⸻ Deposits (Blonding Services) All blonding services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Blonding appointments reserve a large portion of my day and are extremely difficult to fill on short notice. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including when changes are made within the 72-hour notice period. ⸻ Blonding Appointment Changes Because of the time reserved for these services, I require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or make any changes to a blonding appointment. ⸻ ✨ Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. * Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the total service cost * Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total ⸻ Why These Policies Are in Place Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes make it very difficult to fill longer appointment times, especially for blonding services. These policies help protect my time, my business, and ensure I can continue providing a high-quality, personalized experience for every client. ⸻ Thank you so much for respecting my time and my business.
